Foi exatamente a sua paixão pelo que vem da terra que fez com que, ao longo da sua trajetória, ele pudesse conhecer e construir um inventário de produtores especiais, pessoas que trabalham por amor à terra e sua história e, com isso, oferecem produtos únicos e de qualidade incomparável.
A book about those individuals who, on a daily basis, give their lives to deliver the best ingredients. And ingredients are something Minas Gerais chef Felipe Rameh knows a lot about. Throughout his career, this very passion he has for things that come from the land led him to learn and build an inventory of special products and people whose work is based on the love they have for the land and for their history, thus offering unique ingredients of unparalleled quality.
O livro é um retrato da coleção que Felipe Rameh vem fazendo há muitos anos: histórias, sabores, afetos, tudo aquilo que marca a sua trajetória e a sua busca constante por uma cozinha de qualidade e personalidade. O maior desafio foi valorizar aquilo que o livro traz de mais importante: as histórias incríveis, únicas e emocionantes de cada um dos produtores, juntamente com os magníficos registros fotográficos de cada um desses personagens.
Cada história é ilustrada por uma coleção própria, um inventário de texturas e detalhes da terra onde nascem os ingredientes e com eles as histórias de uma vida de dedicação. Recolhidos ao longo do processo de desenvolvimento, os materiais foram fotografados como forma de eternizar sensações e experiências inesquecíveis.
The book portrays a collection Felipe Rameh has been gathering for many years: stories, tastes, affections, everything that marks his trajectory and his constant search for a cuisine that has quality and character. The biggest challenge was to bring to the foreground what is most important in the book: the amazing, unique and moving stories of each one of the characters, together with the magnificent photographic records of each one of them.
Each story is illustrated by its own collection, an inventory of textures and details of the land that gives birth to the ingredients, and, in turn, to stories of a life of dedication. The materials were gathered during a long development process and were photographed in an attempt to make incredible sensations and experiences last forever.
